How many years experience do you have?

All of the photographers, videographers, DJ have at least 10 years experience. Please click here to read a little more about each of our staff.

How do I know I'm receiving the best?

We have been doing this for a long time and our #1 goal is not the make the most profit but to make you happy, if you're happy you will refer us to your friends and family. We do whatever it takes to make sure you have the best photos & video.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes, we have a $2,000,000 Policy, a copy can be provided upon request.

How long does it take to get my photos or video?

We know that you are anxious to relive that special day through the photos or the video and we do our best to get them to you as soon as possible without giving you a rushed job. Typically, you can view your photos online in about 1 week from the wedding date. Your DVD takes a little long since there are much more work to be done. Your DVD takes about 6-8 weeks and sometimes much less.

Do I receive a DVD with all the high resolution images?

Some of our packages does include it or you can purchase it for only $150.00. That includes every single photo we took that day and we do take at least 500 photos (depending how long we're there)

Do I choose the music for my video, love story or slideshow?

Your video would not be extra special if we choose the music, we want you to be extremely satisfied with every aspect of the video. You choose all the music to be played.

How can I book my wedding? What do I need to get this process started?

If we are available for your wedding date, you will put down a deposit, which can be with a credit/debit, check or cash. Our deposit are only 25%. You can pay online with a credit card.

Do you have a payment plan?

Yes, you pay your deposit of 25%, you can make payments at anytime in any amount as long as the balance is paid 5 days prior to your wedding. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

I don't have time, can everything be done online or over the phone?

We understand how busy you can get and we've made it completely easy to do everything online or over the phone. We've done a lot of people from all of the the US and around the world that has come to Florida to get married and we've been able to do everything online.

Can I make an appointment to come to your office?

Absolutely! We would be more then happy for you to come and see our sample photos and/or videos. Give us a call @ 407-574-4208 to setup an appointment. We can also go to you if you're in Central Florida.

Do I get a discount if I choose a combo package?

Yes. You get a huge discount when you combine our services.

Do I get a refund if I don't get married?

When you book with us, we are holding the day for you and telling other Brides and Grooms that we are not available. We've made a commitment to you for that day and therefore we're unable to provide a refund. We will work with you if you change the date. If we are available, we'd be glad to change it for you without any fees.

Does your DJ speak Spanish?

Yes, we do have a Spanish speaking DJ.

Do you do ethnic weddings such as Indian Weddings?

Yes, we are experience in ethnic weddings and non traditional weddings.

Do you use lapel microphones during the ceremony?

Yes, we have lapel microphones that we put either on the groom or Pastor, Priest, or the wedding officiant.

How Many Pictures do you take?

We enjoy taking pictures and we take a lot of pictures of the bride and groom, the bridal party, the family members, friends and any other pictures that the bride and groom wants. We usually take between 500 - 3000 photos depending on how long we are there and the number of photographers taking pictures.

Do you advertise in any major wedding magazine or websites?

Yes, we advertise on www.theknot.com, www.weddingchanel.com, www.perfectweddingguide.com, www.wedalert.com, www.wedj.com, www.djintelligence.com, and many many more.
